Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Passwords Manager software and related services offered by TFH Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The apps
We offer PM Lite, PM Pro, and PM Max. Features vary by product and platform. PM Max may include optional encrypted cloud sync so you can use the same account to keep data consistent across your own devices.
Cloud sync (Google Drive and other providers)
When you choose to connect a cloud account for sync, the app uses industry-standard sign-in (for example, OAuth) with that provider. For the purpose of identifying your account and displaying a clear connection in the app, we only use basic profile information that the provider shares with us in that flow, specifically your email address and display name. We do not use your cloud sign-in to access unrelated personal information from the provider.
The app is designed to interact with cloud storage only for data that this application creates and manages for sync (for example, encrypted sync files or an app-specific area defined by the provider’s API). The app does not browse, read, modify, or delete your other files, photos, or general cloud content.
Sync payloads are encrypted in line with the app’s security design. The purpose of cloud sync is to let you, as the same user on the same cloud account, restore or synchronize that encrypted data across multiple devices you use. We do not operate a centralized vault service that stores your decrypted secrets on our servers.
Additional cloud providers may be offered over time; the same principles above apply: minimal account identity for sign-in, access limited to app-managed sync data, and encryption as described in product materials and our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your master password or pattern, device security, and the security of any connected cloud account. You must use the app lawfully and not attempt to interfere with or misuse the service or third-party APIs.
Disclaimer and limitation
The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses arising from loss of data if you lose credentials, revoke cloud access, or misconfigure backup/sync. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
