About Passwords Manager

Passwords Manager is built for people who want security, clarity, and control over their personal data. Our offline-first approach means your sensitive records remain on your device by default, protected with strong encryption and simple, practical workflows.

Passwords Manager is a privacy-focused password manager app for mobile users who need a reliable way to manage account credentials, secure notes, card details, and sensitive personal records. In a world where people use many social, business, and productivity apps every day, remembering and protecting login information has become a real security challenge. Our goal is to provide a secure password manager with practical daily usability, strong local protection, and clear feature tiers.

The app is built around offline-first architecture and encrypted local storage, including AES-256 protection for sensitive information. It supports organized categories, import/export flows for data migration, password generation, and device-level biometric unlock where supported. This approach helps users store data safely without relying on centralized server storage. For users who need cross-device continuity, PM Max offers optional encrypted sync to the user's own cloud account while preserving user ownership principles.

Passwords Manager currently supports 20+ languages, with additional language coverage planned in future releases. PM Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase, while PM Lite and PM Max provide flexible options for different usage needs. Across all apps, the direction remains consistent: secure data management, transparent pricing, and no compromise on user privacy.

Our Story

Passwords Manager started in 2017 with a simple personal goal: build a secure password manager that does not store user data on company servers. The idea was based on a clear principle: sensitive personal data should stay under user control, not in a central backend owned by someone else.

That foundation shaped the product from day one: offline-first behavior, encrypted local storage, and practical day-to-day tools for passwords, notes, cards, and other sensitive records. As the product evolved into PM Lite, PM Pro, and PM Max, the core security direction remained the same: privacy first, transparent choices, and user ownership.

Our Mission

Give individuals a reliable way to store passwords, secure notes, cards, crypto details, and other important personal records without forcing unnecessary cloud dependency.
